You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
