Finishing plasterer — Aransas County

Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Aransas County, Texas. You will work at a new-build housing development. Day to day you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
