Food packing operative — Perkins County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a food packing operative in Perkins County, Nebraska. You will be based in a pharmaceutical packing unit. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Able to follow health and safety procedures • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing On a typical shift you will seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; check best-before and expiry dates on every box; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; weigh and portion products before bagging; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
