We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar installer in Henry County, Illinois. You will work at a high-rise construction project. What we are looking for: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire The role involves lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
