Chef de partie wanted in Sagadahoc County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sagadahoc County, Maine. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
