Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Nsukka, Enugu State. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
