Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Benton County, Minnesota. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
