Lift mechanic • Conejos County, Colorado

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Conejos County, Colorado. You will be based in a residential tower block. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
