Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements The role involves: • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
