Glass fitter — Morrill County

Now hiring: we are hiring a glass fitter in Morrill County, Nebraska. You will be based on a construction site. The role involves: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Replace cracked or broken window panes • Install toughened and laminated safety glass • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts Requirements: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
