We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Taylor County, Texas. You will work in a gas distribution network. You will thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points. You should have: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
