The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around ₦12,500 per day, based on your experience.
