Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Ilorin East, Kwara State. The role involves: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
