MIG welder wanted in Nevada County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a MIG welder in Nevada County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
