Immediate opening: ironing operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an ironing operator in Lafayette County, Mississippi. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day-to-day duties: • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments Six days a week, one day off.
