Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Medina County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
