The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
