Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
