On a typical shift you will take the customer's OTP or signature at handover; return undelivered parcels and reconcile cash at the hub; update delivery status (delivered / failed / rescheduled) in the app; carry the vehicle papers (RC, insurance, licence) on every run; handle fragile and perishable items with care in transit.
