Now hiring: we are hiring a vehicle electrician in Beaufort County, North Carolina. You will work at a commercial vehicle fleet depot. Day-to-day duties: • Replace blown fuses, relays and faulty switches • Diagnose electrical faults using an OBD-II scanner • Install alarms, immobilisers and central locking • Read and clear ECU fault codes • Test batteries, alternators and starter motors with a multimeter • Replace ABS, oxygen and crankshaft sensors Ideal candidate: • Skilled with multimeter, test lamp and diagnostic scanner • Able to read wiring diagrams confidently Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
