Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Saint Louis County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
