We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Hamilton County, Florida. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals Full-time with occasional weekends.
