Vacancy available: we are hiring a head baker in Carroll County, Maryland. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials 3+ years on the tools preferred.
