The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
