Gas installation technician — Dale County

Join our team: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Dale County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy gas installation company. The role involves fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
