Aluminium fitter — Adair County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Adair County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy aluminium fabrication workshop. You will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding and ladders • Familiar with ACP cladding and structural glazing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
