Retail butcher wanted in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon, Northern Ireland. You will be based in a meat processing plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
