Gas installation technician wanted in Hidalgo County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Hidalgo County, New Mexico. The job is in customers' homes and kitchens. Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders The role involves carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
