Immediate opening: we are hiring a corporate security officer in Shelby County, Kentucky. You will work at a gated residential society. Requirements: • Basic reading of English and local language for registers • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Day-to-day duties: • Write up incident reports after any disturbance • Keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door 2+ years on the tools preferred.
