We are recruiting: steward (Ekiti State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Ilejemeje, Ekiti State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
