Vacancy available: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Marathon County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. What we are looking for: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
