Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in City of Leicester, England. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time, day shift. Pay around £13 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
