Captain waiter • Sac County, Iowa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sac County, Iowa. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
