Natural gas fitter wanted in McDowell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in McDowell County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
