Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Morris County, Texas. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. What we are looking for: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
