Stainless steel welder — Crawford County

Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Crawford County, Iowa. The job is on a structural steel site. Ideal candidate: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
