Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Camden County, Missouri. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
