Requirements: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike Day-to-day duties: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run Rotating shifts.
