Wood machinist wanted in Victoria County

Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Victoria County, Texas. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers The role involves: • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain Six days a week, one day off.
