We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lafayette County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
