Shuttering charge hand wanted in Dorset

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Dorset, England. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking The role involves check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement.
