Pastry baker — Greenville County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Greenville County, South Carolina. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
