Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete worker in Ramsey County, North Dakota. You should have: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods The role involves set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing.
