On a typical shift you will set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 1+ years on the tools preferred.
