Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hyde County, South Dakota. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
