Powder coating line operator • Adair County, Missouri

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Adair County, Missouri. You will work on an industrial coating line. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
