We are recruiting: safety inspector (Kansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety inspector in Nemaha County, Kansas. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
