The role involves prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes 6+ years on the tools preferred. $240 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
