Vacancy available: catering cook (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Kiowa County, Kansas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
