Lift mechanic — Ahiazu-Mbaise

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. You will work in a residential tower block. On the job you will handle: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦285,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
